Anyone have an idea of what the player merchants will charge for this and/or other Tunarean Scout clothing? High AC and some decent hp and mana...too bad it doesn't have sta! No resists but looks like it would be nice to wear until you started doing major raids. The note says that the level to attain is 45. Does that mean you have to be 45th rank to wear it?

As with other item posts, usualy when they say the level to attain on crafted items it means 1.. you MUST be that level to equip it or 2.. you will not get the FULL stats until you are that level. not sure if a lower level can equip these & just get lower stats or if you won't be able to wear them at all.
