Also drops from a tro jeg fire worshipper in The Scarlet Desert
Had 2 chunks of condensed flame drop from a firefall caller in Shadeweaver's Thicket..not listed
I didn't see any Watchers or Heathen either. I got chunk drops from shaman, spiritwarders, invaders and legionnaires. Its possible that other types of Tro Jeg have them too. I also hunted on top of the plateau where a bunch of Tro Jeg Fire Whatevers are, but no chunks dropped from them.
For the faction-wary, this tribe and the other three tribes have factions...when you kill one of these boggling-looking guys, you get hit against his faction but a plus for the other 3. So theoretically you should be able to regain faction by killing one mob from each of the other three tribes.

I'm not sure where the Tro Jeg Bane, Heathen, and Watchers spawn, but I was there tonight in Scarlet desert and got 21 total in about 60 kills (3 dropped 3 at once) from the tro jeg shaman, defenders, spiritwards, fire servants, fireriders, and fire warders.

I have found as all three Condensed arrow heads, (Ice, Shadow & Flame) are trivial at 116 that the Chunks of Shadow is Far easuer to obtain. You can also use the forge in the caverns of Shadeweaver with a flask of water and your file. They are also a very common drop.

This also drops from the Tro Jeg warriors and bane as well, but might not be so rare with those. Since killing like 50 or so, and I collected about 17 blocks.
