The Vendor selling this item is in a cave in Jaggedpine Forest. Vendor is a gnoll. Within the same room is a gnoll "Chef" who sells Cheese for Patty Melts. A Banker is also there.
As a level 27 Gnome Necro I conned Apprehensive to the gnolls, and was able to buy from them.
Mobs in JaggedPine Forest are lvl 50+...invis is advised if you are lower level. See Aroel's post below for the exact vendor LOC in Jaggedpine.

I bought one from Dunarl in Jaggedpine Forest. He is located at -1067, 3284 in the Brell Gnoll bank with Chef Brargus and Banker Rarrgar.
I am not sure if he usually stocks this mold. Someone could have sold it to him. Maybe someone else can confirm.

I also bought a couple of these off him months ago, he is a regular vendor of them.

As a level 20 wood-elf, cannot seem to figure out how to get into Jagged Pine, if at all.
In Surefall, go behind the waterfall by the lake. Go to the right. Keep following the right wall, and you should find a pedestal with a "globe" on it. Just touch the orb to teleport.
