I would really like to know what quest this is used for?
but it it still able to be done if you have a higher char and group or you can solo warden grab key off corpse then kill another and loot orc eye this can be done at lvl 1
It's for the Wood Elf Ranger newbie weapon quest. Give it and two orc eyes to the Guild NPC and you get a magic sword usable only by Wood Elf Rangers.
