lion teeth are rare drops. i found mine in west karana after killing scores of them. Also, the severed gnoll foot can be found as a random drop off of any gnoll in Blackburrow.

Do the Lion Teeth drop off of specific kinds of lion? I've killed who know how many just to find the scalp for the Greaves, and no teeth so far.
Also, I've never seen Severed Gnoll Feet drop, is the boot portion of this bugged?
