You sold these "No Drop" legs?
Firona Vie is a server where most everything is tradeable.
Keep an eye out for these. Might be an idea to either print out or write the list down so you can make a note of what you need.

I found that people in Crush Bone are happy to get rid of the Bricks of Crude Bronze. I am hunting for my armour at level 20 (just to say I have it), so I bound myself at a bank, so when I got all the bricks, I just Gated, as I could not move. I weighed 304. Nice.
I traded the BoCB for a few heals and made a friend in the process.

the bronze can be MQ also... if you have a friend or another toon hunting in BB the aqua and green goblins drop the bronze bricks quite frequently.... & so do the orcs

Dunno...I have killed 100+ giant bats and no fur...even got a friend to track for me...I've given up...send me an e-mail if you figure out how the heck to get furs sometimes_182@hotmail.com

All of the stuff needed for these cleric quests seems to be easy enough except for those giant sylvan bats, not only is it a large bottleneck for anyone else who needs them, but the drop rate of a fur... for me... is about 1 in 80. I've spent 4 straight days trying for just 2 furs so I can complete my set.
HIE Pallies need 5 of the furs go figure =/

It's the new halfling ranger thorn drakeling thing. I've noticed with rare components for certain quests, such as woven spider silks for the human casters, have been increased with the patch. I killed 3 giant spiders in EC today with my newbie necro and got 3 woven silks. Maybe during the next patch the drop rate will be increased. Either that or you're just incredibly unlucky =P
