I got a lot of this Hopla stuff, and it now say's 'this item can be used in tradeskills'

So I'm wondering what tradeskill and what are the Recipes. If you have any info please post.

Actually, this thing's stats are rather awful. Even still, with a name like that, I have kept it in my bank for 40+ levels now. Every once in a while, I link it in the bazaar or PoK just for the reaction... Awesome... :-D
