Would anyone happen to know if Erudin has any Starter quests such as the Paineel Quests? Nothing listed on the Erudin lists...and ran around Erudin hailing like a madman and getting nothing. Any info would be helpful! :-)

All races and classes will get no drop newbie armor, just be patient think of all the programming it takes to make the quests, new mobs, zone graphic upgrades before you go on complaining about how long it takes. Thank you

it took me about 3 hours to get everything for a full set. granted i had to go to EC on an alt for the silks, but after i gave them to my necro i was surrounded by widow hatchlings (typical!).

has a GREAT look to it all,almost black leather. best of all, no stupid hood! thank cazic-thule verant made this look differnt to the norm. and having +INT on newbie quest armour is a nice touch also

or snakes for that matter, i think i've seen all of two spiders and three briar snakes in the past two days in toxxulia on 7th hammer.
I have a few skins, but nary a silk to speak of.
This spawn seems a wee bit out of sync with the rates in Greater Faydark....

I've got so bored of looking for spiderling silks in tox, I'm off to everfrost to grab them there... loads of little spiders there. All I have to do is make it thru the aqueducts uner Qeynos...

I agree that iksar need noob armor, but u can do the curscale quest and get an almost full set of armor. My lvl 3 lizzy Sj allready ahas 2-3 pices of the armor.

I agree with the Curscale... it's not as great as the new newbie armor but it's very decent, lightweight, and easy cash and great exp too while getting it... also, our class specific armor is a bit easier than some of the old world class specific... although some pieces are a bit harder...

As for higher level balance... yah... we need some work in that department... i want clicky items too... clicky > all

i really don't think the fact that iksars get some nice wep quests, means that they shouln't get some nice newbie quests, the wep quests lead to epic, everyone gets epics, the armor quests are like iksar version of crafted and darkforge, and not to mention iksars have no kunark armor, jeez just give us some newbie quests like everyone else!

Wow, they just slid these right on in. That leaves the Trolls, Ogres and Barbarians as the only ones left at this time without Newbie Armor Quests.
Just got on the game with my Erudite Wizzy and found out that they haven't done the Erudites just yet, only the Paineel classes.
Interesting.

Iksars and VahShir will prolly not get any newbie armor quests because they have their own type of quest to upgrade weapons and armors. We shall see.

Although there are quests for Iksar's and Vah Shirs non of them produce a full set of stat'ed armor tailored to the class.

Would be nice to see VI get everyone at some point. =)

actually, erudin still doesn't have the armors, and i still have no clue on iksar. seems to me they wouldn't, to fit with all the other beastlord capable still being left high and dry
