its my understanding you take this key to High Keep banker for other segment of staff, then take segmenst to someone in Erudin, dont know who. please post if you know who to take them to, and what theyre for, thanks

Sounds like High Keep is correct... how about room 401. Should be 4th floor, 1st room. I know there are a few locked doors in that building when i used to level there.
