no no u dont understand, jaggedpine has a dynamic quest which allakhazams has as a gm event in which the gnolls and qeynos guards have a big war..lot of dyanmic mobs drop stuff. =D
If it were just a GM event it would say
GM Event Item
but its a dynamic zone GM event that is TRIGGERED..therefore they put
Jagged Pines GM event
Ravaged Gnollish Boots

Granted I don't understand the new Qeynos badge quest here fully, and other similar event quests, but if this was from one of those...why does it say 'No Longer Dropped'??

Once again, many are left out of the events. I don't see why they are in such a rush to have the events, seeing all the trouble many surely had in getting the patch. Why can't they at least wait a week for everyone to have the chance to participate?????
Perhaps this is used for a quest, but otherwise, I don't see why this item needs the level restriction. I don't think a great many 50+ people would choose to wear these boots over the other vast variety of attainable boots. However, 30-45 might find this rather nice.

Hmm my 51 druid wud love em boots.. and its hard to get a foot item with 5+ wis, even for a 50+ :/
i agree with cirkelline, dunno about clerics, shamans, but its hard to get any good +wis boots before Efreeti which sell for 2k+ these might go for 1k even to a lvl 50ish druid
I agree too, but it has 6+ wis and 2+ sv all... 2svs are good for casters!
