With not much to do this last weekend we wanted to check out the new zone. We happened to hook up with a awsome group who wanted to take the queen. They being 2 lvl 60's,59 and a 57, well my husband and myself being lvl 47 said why not. After some incredible team work we killed the queen and I got to keep the cloak! The adds would have killed us but thank god for lesser succor!! We managed to get out with no deaths. I would only try this with a group who knew what they were doing, and a druid to harmonize and evac. couldn't hurt either. Thanks for a killer exp guys! =)

No stuns, roots, snares for them at ALL, but mezzable. The little ones you run into by the river (lt blue to 52) take a bit under 2k to kill. It was difficult to tell if it took the additional stun effect from my DD (no message was giving like it does for Giants and other unstunables), and my favorite Druid only had her regular DD's up so no wind stun checks. They WILL take fire as that was all she had up, but seem resistant to it. They never failed to take my damage on 9 casts of cycling Enchanter DDs. On another note, they were also unblurrable despite 2 or more casts of Reocurring Amnesia under Dazzle. Every time Mez broke with at least 2 casts, she ran toward us from 200+ feet away mad as ever. They do have large agro ranges about 100ft maybe a touch less. Lastly they gave no faction on death that I could see and are ready to attack no matter how friendly you are to other factions in zone and despite a quick Collaberation before she saw me. Only encountered one Blue to me and she died taking a bit over 3k to the same spells. All potameids appear to have increased run speed 1 or 2. Never experienced the proc and I think I'm glad for it.. *chuckle
What this means: You CAN get to lady named here, but it will not be easy and without a solid 50+ group or at the VERY least a good Enchanter/Bard I wouldn't recommend it.
Love the Cloak and would replace my Coterie Cape in a heartbeat despite lack of mana or extra saves on it! All other stats are solid for my class.

That's an easy one. The same reason a level 51 warrior would still be wearing several pieces of crafted armor....some of us have jobs/friends/families/other interests that keep us from spending much time in game. For casual players that arent in uberguilds, this isnt such a bad item.

I am gettin it for my chanter...shes 52 and still has kunzar cloak :( not everyone is uber and can twink.........

If the Queen spawns where I think she does, back in the underwater tunnels full of Potameids, then you pretty much have to be uber to even get to her, let alone kill her. So far, in my experience, Potameids are completely IMMUNE to snare, root, fire, *and* stuns. Probably have other immunities too, but those are the only ones I saw while I was playing my druid. Most of these water nymphs were dark blue to me at level 54, with a few of them being light blue, but they all seem to have a pretty powerful DD proc during melee (You have been blasted by freezing water for XX damage). Without the ability to do any reliable crowd control, I would say that to work through those tunnels would take quite a bit of effort, by some pretty high level people... but that's just a guesstimate, people are still learning the zone. If that really is the amount of effort it takes to get to her and kill her, then this reward is probably not worth the risk, in my opinion. I suppose we'll see soon enough...

This is a great cloak for an enchie. I hope mine is able to get on someday.

Hmmm...well, I'm a 50 druid still wearing a Cloak of the Oracles I got in EW...SOOOOO...this might be a nice upgrade ;)
Because it's a great cloak for Enchanters. Any time you get INT and CHA in the same item, it's always a plus. Yes...There are better items.. But this item would come in handy. I usually wear a Hierophant's Cloak, but it lacks resists. Even though SVM+5 is kinda on the low end, it will still help. I wish it would have 25Mana rather than HP though.. But HP is always good. That's just my opinion though. :)
