This has a ratio very close to a few 'old world' weapons that used to be considered as good stuff.. Langseax, (not the LoW) SoM, PGT come to mind. The fact that it is no-drop/no-rent almost makes me think it's going to be used in some form of quest that involves smithing to fix the 'poorly balanced' aspect of it and turn in in to a well-balanced version

This seems to be the only member of the "Poorly Balanced" weapon family that is no drop and no rent. I'd guess that this was either a mistake or for a quest, but maybe VI thinks that this is so much better than the PB Dagger (5/19, wt 2.4) that it is overpowering, lol.
