You need 2 shade silk swatches unstacked and a tunic pattern to make this.
Now, I play a Bard and I just recently learned about this robe wich is All / All. I was told that there are more then just this one in the game, could anyone tell me more about these robes ?!? This is buggin me ... I know this is a lil' off the subject but I'd be nice to know ...

Can't make Robe. I have checked shade silk swatches and robe pattern. According to EqTraders Robe isn't on the list of items that can be made in this clothing line. Can anyone verify that ROBEs can be made? Thanks.

AHs anyone else had problems actually tailoring this robe? I tried combining 2 Shade Silk Swatches and a Robe Pattern in my Large Sewing Kit, and was told you cannot combine items of this type in this container? Bug or something else? THanks.

Never mind. Tunic pattern not robe pattern. My bad.
Where can I find shade silks to make this? I know shadeLING silks come off xakra worms, but what about normal shade silks?
The best spot for Shade Silk is off the Lesser Shades (look like cat skellies) in the NW corner of Shadeweavers Thicket. Book into ST and run due north following the trail. Kill everything in the NW corner to spawn the Lesser Shades. Do this for 2 hours and you will have lots of shade silk. Enjoy.
Lesser Shade drop ShadeLING silk not SHADE silk.

the aliens in shadeweavers thickst drop the shade silk and it seems the black ones more often then the brown ones and the bigger ones more often then the little ones ,, hehe confusing but hope it helped

I looked but I couldn't find the recipe for "shade silk robe"....could someone please cut/paste it to this MB?
and what does it look like? scion style?
Looks like a dark grey (almost black), with black embroided trim along the sides and front... at leas that's what it looks like on my gnome. Very nice.

aye blackishgrey sounds right, btw only races that have robes does it show up, ie gnomes iksar human get graphix but woodelfs dont. I was really bummed when i made a set, put it on my wood elf tailor, then was disaponted and did /ooc wts full suite 75pp,.. some delf shadowknight wanted it, he put it on and felt jiped that i couldnt get any pics of my char in shadesilk, cuz he looked pretty good for a noob suite of armour,.. hehe its also cool cuz it is an all/all robe warrior iksars paly highelfs gnome shadowknights all can go around in a robe pvp this can be a very cool disguize make em think yer a caster and then whip out some fancy blue bp 8)
