The Burning Lands
I have been farming the 5 Contingent of the Owlbear faction mobs by Esianti zone in - in Stratos. I have been picking up the set of collectibles from those mobs. I also swing over to smoke area and kill the brass phoenix brigade ( working both factions up) and those also drop the set. I have picked up a wavering whirlwind mostly from Olwbear mobs, but not exclusively.
