It is tradeskill even if not marked. It is used in one of the optional items to make a hand in item for the All Hail the king task.

RECIPE:

GOLDEN HILTED DAGGER

2 x Golden Beryl
Hilt Mold
Dagger Blade Mold
Drunder Steel (crafted)

Recipe is not learned. It appears to be a very high skill level (300+ Smithing).

There is a ground spawn in Esiante called "Crude Golden Hilted Dagger," with lore that says, "Gorgeous Dagger made of the finest warrior's steel, adorned with a pair of yellow gemstones. You think that you can improve on the quality with the correct components." It is a vague clue as to the above recipe.
