received in exchange for any silken bridle.
That is the name of what I received when I sold back my tan leather bridle to Hiklo Amonson (his brothers are for different color horses). I received 21047 platinum in return when I sold the bag.
There are variuos sizes of these bags depending in the bridle handed in, the bag is then sold at about a 20-30% loss on original price of horse.

I saw one in bezaar once, merchante was selling for like 85K or something. i wonderned wut it really is?
Was in the Zaar last night..stable vendor had it in his inventory wanted 616k pp for it..I guess hes just giving you as bag to put all that plat in. Who has that kind of money?!?
Nah, its what u get when u turn ur horse backin to the merchants, you cant sell the bridal, but u turn it in to stablehand andhe hands u this to sell to venders, such nice people
When you trade your horse back in, you don't sell it normally, by opening a merchant and selling. You give it to a specific stablehand, who gives you a bag of platinum in exchange. I'm not sure about a LARGE bag of platinum, but perhaps that is the payoff for the more expensive horses??

Hmm, says it can be stored in containers... although it does nothing. Notice it says Class:none Race:none. so it's basically nothing but a novilty item

The whole purpose of the bag is to sell to a merchant to get about 70% of your money back from the original purchase cost of a Bridle
