Great Sword of Slaughter  

 

I got one of these last night off one of the robe mobs clearing in. I only got to use it for a while before RL required me to log. So far max CRIT has only been 880, but max NON CRIT 600.

First, you don't do exp in Vex. Mobs there have way too many hp's for it. Loot off yard trash is nearly non existant. This is a raid zone, and this weapon was made for this zone period. It's a tool, I know I'm not the only person who packs around 5-8 weapons and depending on where I am, what I'm doing I swap out weapons/gear. I carry 3 1hs, 3 2hs, 1 2hb, and 1 1hpoker. My skills are maxed, each weapon has it's purpose depending on if I'm tanking or just adding to melee dps.

Pathing in Vex can really hose you, and ya it only takes a few unmezable mobs to ruin your day.

As for people who ***** too much...no matter where you go, what game you play, there will always be people who ***** too much. It's a fact of life. You can't please everyone all the time. Fact is that probably less than 10% of the people who play this game will ever see Vex Thal let alone have this weapon. But if everybody had one, or a Blade of Carnage, or Render of Souls, they wouldn't be so special anymore would they?
