omg where can i swap the warlords sleeves for these bad boys at?

These are HORRIBLE twink arms. Why? recomended level of 45. They beat the pants off of CC. And, Lego scale arms are war only.
Better twink item than CC arms.. :P

That's true for warriors. Sad enough most of the Fearsome Skyiron armor pieces have a tendency to be somewhat useful for Iksar shamans but utterly useless for warriors and shadowknights, lacking especially stamina and intelligence (majority has wisdom).
If you're an Iksar warrior, turn around and run far away when someone offers you a Fearsome Skyiron armor piece.
