Was killing everything in the zone and Swiftclaw popped, killed her and got the leggings with my 18 mage. Thought "Woot", a little better AC than my +2 INT newbie armor. Tried to switch out and it got stuck, thought something was wrong with the system, so like an idiot I go and destroy my nodrop newbie leggings and then try to put these on and then DOINK... can't equip. WHY DOES THIS HAVE AN INT MODIFIER WHEN CASTERS CAN'T USE IT? Come on Sony... at least put wis on instead so the clerics and druids can be happy, I mean, Swiftclaw pops up once every month or so?
Now wearing cloth pants again :)

Any one have a price on these leggings?
This doesn't look like such a hot item to me. If you're level 38, you can do a lot better or probably have a lot better already. Given the AC and the stat boosts, I wouldn't pay more than 7-8PP for this. This is like studded leather pants with +2 INT (only useful to shadowknights) and +2 AGI (not enough of a boost to be meaningful). Use the going rate for studded leather on your server and add whatever you feel the stat buffs are worth. I wouldn't pay more than 4PP over the studded leather price, myself.

A level 38 player beats up a level 13 mob and is disappointed in the loot? For phucks' sake man, expect loot for the level range of the mob. Some mobs have no loot at all at times. Oh wait, you didn't get the Short Sword of Uberosity for turning in a pair of Rat Whiskers? Damn, that really hurts............
On the other hand, how about level 10 goblins in Butcherblock that can drop almost 10pp worth of loot, while level 30 mobs elsewhere just *might* have a few gold? Wtf is up with that? Loot should be in line with the level of the mob.

my group and i were in the vicinity of the gypsy camp when we saw swiftclaw. my wizzie is only 9 so no chance for me. we have been in this area about 3 days of playing and this wa the only sighting.

I've gotten the skin too, and there is a named bear in the zone which drops a superb bear pelt, I think they may either be for a quest, or they may be able to be nicely tailored.

I was in NK North East of the wizard spires and I saw this cool kitty named Swiftclaw. It was an easy kill for me, and I got these leggings, I don't think anybody has heard of her before; I hadn't until today. So maybe she spawns North East of the spires away from the road. I believe I was near a tress standing alone.

I was standing near the stonebridge on a hill and suddenly a cat attacked me, it was swiftclaw. Was blue to me and i slashed her. Got the lion skin leggins -what a happy day for a pali hey!

I just looted these leggings off a lioness named Swiftclaw in NK. I was near the guard tower. It was the first time in my two years of playing that I ever saw her and I would assume these leggings are pretty rare. :)

Never seen HER (lioness) until I got jumped recently while camping in the gypsy area. Got the skins after a couple of quick nukes. Not much trouble for a 35th druid!!

He is a low level named Lion - usually drops Superb Lion Skin - lion skin leggings are rare drop - he is like ashenpaw (who drops wolf hide sleeves as rare drop but usually drops Superb Wold Hide)

There is a rare animal called swiftclaw that drops lion skin leggings seems noone i've talked to anyway has ever seen this animal i'm wondering what kind of animal it is and where abouts in north karana he spawns and how many hours or whatever apart??

I have stayed almost exclusively in N. Karana from level 12 to 19. I have seen the Hill Giant every single night I log on... I see GrimFeather every other night... but I have never seen Swiftclaw.
