No, but guilds doing this on exp nights, like we just did today, roll on stuff... killed blob with 10 people, my cleric alt won this with a roll of 6 out of 1000 (luckily I was the only one rolling!)

This appears to me to be a good cleric neck peace, am i wrong? Do you think it is good for the lvl needed?

Saves plus mana, forget for a moment about the 20 wis, makes this a incredibly agreeable item for the neck slot. Add on top of that 20 wis to free up other slots for resists or bonus hp and it's just fantastic.

Aye, med skill cap has been tested with cloak of truth (8% med), the 1% med increase is a bogus stat on this item, rest of the stats rock however :).
Not so coldy charted, it's merely just a question of your honesty...
