Oh gawd... please spare us the "Pity we high levels". All you come across to people reading is a "whiner". Did you know that the majority of the COOLEST items drop for high level characters? When you see all of the cool gear listed, take a look at what level it requires or where it is found. It will be for the very level you say you are being screwed for! Do you really like playing this game or just love the fact it gives you an opportunity to whine like a spolied kid?

Spare us the "Verant screws us High levels over". I love Verant and am not a brain-washed cow. I can speak for many players out there that Verant is catering to the Uber guilds and the high levels. The high level players are the ones that have charcters with 93 days played and that has spent a ton of money playing the game. So it just goes to show that the Majority of the great loot will go to them and YOU! Many people look forward to the day they can get to the same levels as you, just to get a crack at the gear you soooooooooo think is trash.

This is a great item, and the effect is cool. Never having to worry about seeing in the dark and missing that invisible group mate not to mention the great HP bonus and +40 AC! This is a great item with some decent stats, especially for a character that cannot cast spells or is blind as a mystosis bat at night. I know there are better items out there, there always is. But I challenge you to count each and every item out there to see if "55% of this stuff is trash". I bet you would be suprised. Is 55% of the gear you carry, even on your 60th level toon trash?

If hate that "55% of this stuff is trash" (your words and not proven) go play "some other game that kisses your ********** 60% of the time and leave 100% of the whining at home.

I mean no offense to other high level people reading this post. The life of a high level charcter is hard, for there are many 4 hour+ long battles and HUGE quests that can take a month or more to complete. Many can require multiple groups to do. I can see venting when you work very hard on a quest or taking down a mob and gear drops that disappoints you.

Adding aura of battle? Ummmmm.. take a look at the name "Tiny cap of Sight". Did I miss the memo at the office? What does that have to do with battle? It is well named for the effect is has. Sure it comes from VT, but does every item from there have to be uber? Sure it may be junk to the other items found in that zone, but damn look at the stats!

This is a great item for a human monk (+40 ac and +10 AGI and +100 hp) and allows them to see in the dark as a fringe benefit. It would be better if the weight was less to reflect being "tiny".
