Does this even drop? My guild has done these mobs so many times and not one has dropped.

Can be used before 60, just won't get the full stats. It say recommended level of 60, not required level of 60.
For the most part, clickable items with a recommended level won't activate (i.e. the clicky won't work and you'll get the message saying that you're of insufficient level to cast the spell) until you've reached said recommended level. Doesn't really matter since I'd be surprised to see anyone below level 60 with something from VT (I know it can happen, but I'd still be surprised).
The recommended level is often based off the click effect level, not vice versa. There's a seperate variable on items for proc/click levels.
i have a question , this effect increases poison resist by 50 , but would it stack with a resist buff or DMF ??? , also doesnt that click make this a +85 poison resist item ??

Aura of Green Petals is a special petal aura in that it stacks with everything. And I mean EVERYTHING. It stacks with DMF. It stacks with resist poison. It stacks with the shaman talismans. Everything.
So, yes. +35 PR on the item itself and +50 PR on the effect would be +85 PR.

So a + to the stats and then an effect that adds anywhere from 11 to 50 to PR Not bad cant wait to see that the exact PR is.
The exact PR is 50. The effect gives 11 PR at level 1, slowly increasing to 50 PR at level 40. Since these can't be used until level 60, the spell takes maximum effect.
