Deodan just held an Event in PoK on the Rathe Server gained this nifty item and also a single shot Legendary Elixir of Scholarship nice turn out :)
i just got one on my main and on my second account for a christmas eve gm event in pok on bertt .... i think about 30 folks recieved this item he also gave out a one shot 30 minute exp doubler potion as well

Updated to no longer be Legends-only.
if it is tradeable on fv u can just stockpile them due to them not being lore.

hmmm someone on Firiona Vie has this item and it says it's a legends only item. he's sellin it for 150k in bazaar =\
this item is NO DROP. You -CANT- Trade, Sell or Buy it anywhere. Its a GM Event Item.

Items on FV are droppable, except some specific things like epics and maybe a couple other quested items.

you guys are missing the true abuse of this item.
Rogue in vt drags to where ever he wants, rezzes mage, mage coth's entire raid to spot.
This would be worth alot more than 3k if it were droppable
