I sent in a Screenshot of myself wearing the entire set of armor and equippped with the Stormhealers Mace as well.

It's not an uber item, but considering you only have to kill a couple of MOBs it's not a bad item at all (gnoll tactician and some gnolls although the Tactician I killed had a backbone on him so i only had to acquire 1 more).

Works better than Hammer of Wrath and can hit creatures requiring magic.
