This drop is ridiculously rare apparently, I have done this mission SO MANY TIMES, and have yet to see it drop. Have done it atleast 30 times

EDIT* Now WELL over 50 times.....obsurd

What's sad, is that a Mage friend of mine, just was telling me when it dropped today and I lost roll that he's seen it drop like 10 times in the mission. I think they have a formula set up to drop what is not needed for the group lol, as both the people who could have used it were not in the zone when the chest spawned.
