Hehe I like it so much! it can be put in primary slot and looks like a crystal web shiel or sun shield !
I gave it to my mule in EC who is full gnome skin (black), with this in primary and sun shield in secondary......and there are so many "XXX" is looking at your equipment! Lol
This is great for the look of your char at least...:)

Also good item for young Bst's till they get dual wield at 17... though with PC and decent gear that is like what 24 hours? :) bought mine for 400, and had another twink buy it off me for 800, not a bad profit. :)

Might not be for a quest. Because some items say:"This item is found on creature(s)" and below it has nothing, might be the same except for this being a so called quest item. And anyway why would any these classes (except maybe SK and pally) put this in place of a weapon? oh wow! 13 ac and 15 hp woo hoo! sheesh what a pretty worthless item.

What quest is this used for?
I don't see any of the classes listed using this item as-is. The AC/HP is too low for a shield, and why would you want to put it in your Primary as a melee class?!?

It is possible that this is meant for a quest. There is also a Stone of the Shadowed Winds. One stone implies the air element and the other, earth. It is not unreasonable to assume that there are 2 more representing fire and water. Perhaps combining the stones will result in a more level-worthy sheild. Then again, they could just be a novel set of shiny, blinky rocks.

I am not sure what quest it is for. It can be equiped in primary or secondary and looks like a crystal webshield when equipped. You cannot use it for a bash attack. I submitted it, but I was unaware it was for a quest... Glad I held on to it now though...

I don't know anything about this item. However, I doubt it's a quest item for the simple fact it's not NO DROP. Just about every quest item after Kunark went live has been NO DROP. /shrug. Just my though.
Much of the new Newbie Armor quest have non-No-Drop items for them.

Some Shammie epic pieces are not no drop too
Not all quest items are no drop. Luclin twilight sea armor quests peices come to mind immediately.
