So if I understand this, since Seb coins sell for about 150kpp EACH on FV, you need to possess about 60million pp worth of the coins to max the stats on this charm.
Based on that, on FV sellers should PAY YOU to take this charm off their hands! ;)

with 0 ancient and 0 - 39 sathir, stats: 0 HEM, str 0+18, stam 0+25, int 0+30, wis 0+25, agil 0+32, dex 0+21, cha 0+33
with 0 ancient and 40- 79 sathir, stats: 56/54/54 HEM, str 0+18, stam 0+25, int 0+30, wis 0+25, agil 0+32, dex 0+21, cha 0+33, AC 2
with 0 ancient and 80 - 119 sathir, stats: 113/108/108 HEM, str 1+18, stam 1+25, int 1+30, wis 0+25, agil 1+32, dex 1+21, cha 1+33, AC 4, 1 heal, 1 sd, 1 clair
with 0 ancient and 120 - 159 sathir, stats: 169/162/162 HEM, str 1+18, stam 1+25, int 2+30, wis 1+25, agil 1+32, dex 1+21, cha 2+33, AC 6, 1 heal, 1 sd, 2 clair, 1 att

every 40 sathir gems it bumps up 2 AC and 56 or 57 hp
with 4-7 ancient and 0 sathir, stats: 56/54/54 HEM, str 0+18, stam 0+25, int 0+30, wis 0+25, agil 0+32, dex 0+21, cha 0+33, AC 2
every 4 ancient sebilisian coins it bumps up 2 AC and 56 or 57 hp
each type of coin will bump it up the same level. the charm states each type will count for half, but that isn't what I have found. Experimenting with the two coin types, I see only an increase - regardless of which coin type you add in. max stats are:
AC 213, HEM 5655/5425/5425, stats: str 61+18, stam 53+25, int 75+30, wis 44+25, agil 60+32, dex 80+21, cha 68+33, 44 attack, 7 regen, 7 mana rehen, 60 heal, 60 SD, 78 clair.
There are 100 levels to the charm, so you can max it out with 4000 sathir gems OR 400 ancients (or any combination with same percentages). They may figure out how to fix it so that its really half and half in the future

By taking all my ancient and sathir coins and putting them in the bank, the charm responds as if you have zero coins. I then added 1 coin at a time to my inventory and this is what I found...

with 180 ancient and 0 sathir, stats: AC 95, HP 2544, MANA 2441, END 2441, str 27+18, stam 23+25, int 33+30, wis 19+25, agil 27+32, dex 27+21, cha 30+33, att 19, regen 3, mana regen 3, heal 27, spell 27, clair 35
with 180 ancient and 660 sathir, stats: AC 95, HP 2544, MANA 2441, END 2441, str 27+18, stam 23+25, int 33+30, wis 19+25, agil 27+32, dex 27+21, cha 30+33, att 19, regen 3, mana regen 3, heal 27, spell 27, clair 35
It seems the sathir gems have no impact.
0-3 ancient coins are the same
4-7 ancient and you get: AC 2, 56/54/54 HEM ( the str-char are 0+ still)
8-11 ancient = AC 4, 113/108/108 HEM, stats all go to 1 except wisdom = 0, heal spell clair = 1 ( adding in 1-660 sathir gems these stats did not change)
12-15 ancient = AC 6, 169/162/162 HEM, stats are all 1 except int and cha = 2, att, heal, spell = 1, clair =2
16-19 ancient = AC 8, 226/217/217 HEM, str/stam/agil/dex = 2, int/char = 3, wis = 1, att 1, heal, spell 2, clair 3
20-23 ancient = AC 10, 282/271/271 HEM, str/int/agil/dex/char=3, sta/wis=2, att =2, heal, spell, clair = 3
can see a pattern developing. skipping some
50 ancient AC 25, 678/651/651 HEM, int 9, cha 8, str/agil/dex 7, sta 6, wis 5, att 5, heal / spell 7, clair 9
