I don't know when this changed, but this item is also heirloom, so it allows you to use your raid coin to buy one and give it to another toon on the same account using the shared bank.
This is from the last patch notes :
I updated it with the Item Collector but the Heirloom flag still doesn't show on Zam.

I can't see this item on the raid vendor because I haven't done any raids in EoK. Can you or anyone else that is having trouble updating the heirloom tag on this item, delete your itemcol3.db file in your item collector folder, zone and then look at the item again?

I did that and nothing happened, the file was not recreated and the bag was not parsed from the vendor. Also tried with Keen's Fang from same vendor, it was parsed in the EQ Collector window but did not require to be uploaded.

I see the heirloom flag in the raw data hasn't been set. I'll see if I can figure out what's going on with that.
