Hate to break it to ou but this is worth maybe 50pp. The listed price is due to some 2 year old entries, and one jerk who posted 9000pp. click the prieces link to see some recent prices.

i got mine for like 30pp in the bazaar, but ive seen some people selling for like 50-100pp

I see sebilite scaled armor to be an upgrade of the rygorr armor and rygorr chain collar has 9ac. I think that sebilite scale neckguard should have at least 9ac also.

RyGorr armor - Velious
Sebby existed before RyGorr, so it's NOT an upgrade line, just a different line. Velious tended to improve the level of drops overall (would hope so based on the relative toughness of a Kunark blue vs. a Velious blue).
