I do understand that these ornaments are intended to be unique. However, they aren't that unique when other rogues can have it. Why not remove the Lore tag for 1 handed weapon users to dual wield them? We can claim as many of the other epic ornaments as we like, so it only seems right in my opinion!
This item is strictly an ornamentation. I can dual wield my epic ornaments, but only did the epic quests once each, so seems to be more of a stretch that I can show 2 equipped.

Ok so when you complete the following step in An Epic Request, you get this item? Also which three subquests are you referring to?
