Okay, what quest are these for? Sounds like a cool Beastlord Item to be used like a tattoo . . .

These are used in the amazingly difficult and pain in the butt Twilight sea quest. There are NPC's in Twilight Sea that give out quests for an almost full set of armor and a weapon for all of the classes. The armor has good stats for the most part, but not great AC, the weapons are good, but VERY difficult to get. You end up going to 3 or 4 different high lvl zones hoping to find your rare pop mob with the item you need. Quest would be worth it if they were just a little easier to complete.
