Drops off Orcs in Everfrost Peaks, got one to drop in 8 kills.

in Everfrost Snow orc anything drops this... Perma, I dunno, keeled lots in perma, never had one drop for me
You can also get this from Orcish Mountaineers and Shamans in Everfrost.
Is this now a foraged item? In Perma??
I thought the Lixt Wing Stalk was a drop off of Snow Orcs (Troopers, Mounties, Shamen) in Everfrost, and was used by rogues to make poison. It sells for about 8 plat per stack to the merchants in Halas.
