The Garik's scroll seems to only work for the LEGENDARY backpack, and NOT the Tailored SUPREME bag -- for the Supreme bag it is the Extradimensional Luggage: A guide, bought from the froglok Scribe Zikket, in the building behind the PoK Parcel agent, across from little PoK Bank. I post this here because none of the other expanded bags have threads discussing this matter

To EXPAND the bag, you must buy and scribe Garik's Secrets of Bag Expansion, for 31pp 4gp 9sp (different price for each race and class with this guy) from Garik in the Sunrise Hills neighborhood market place in each housing neighborhood. Scribe this, THEN combine the legendary/supreme bag/item with the arcane solution (NOT inverse) and the bag now becomes a 14-slot 100% weight-reduction bag

Got the Garik's Secrets of Bag Expansion scribed it turned around opened the loom put my unexpanded bag and Abu-Kar's acrane solution in the loom hit the combine button and get a message that says "This seems correct but something is wrong. Perhaps you need to know something more in order to combine this" any Ideas?

You need to buy " Abu-Kar's Arcane soilution " ( at a price of 2624 p 9g 9s 9c )and put it and the "Unexpanded Tailored Legendary Backpack" inside of a Loom.
It is a NO FAIL combine ( I did it at 0 tailoring 10 times)
ALSO you buy the Abu-Kar's acrane solution from Garik NogFlop in the zone " Sunrise Hills " ( aka the zone with the houses in it) at the loc of -2792.89, 2043.05 4.51 standing ontop of the stool.
It is a NO FAIL combine ( I did it at 0 tailoring 10 times)

Negative. If you look at the combine ingredience, that is an "invierse arcane solution" Not Abu-Kar's solution. This will yield a 14 slot 100% weight reduction bag. https://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=92220

To make the bags, it does not require that you scribe a scroll. To turn these 12 slot bags INTO 14 slot bags, it DOES require the scroll. The Scroll is sold off of the Gnome that sits inside the hut where you purchase supplies and odds/ends for your house. (Garik's Secrets of Bag Expansion) He's the gnome sitting at the table, he's the only one. Once you scribe that, you can purchase the Abu-Kar's Arcane Solution for around 2624 plat. Put the Solution AND the bag into a loom and hit combine. This will turn it into a 14 slot NO TRADE BAG. There is an inverse solution for 104 plat, I would assume this means you can reverse it. I've not tried it so don't quote me!

This solution can be used in place of the arcane solution to get a lower priced bag without the weight reduction (useful for your bank slots, for example).
