It looks like Call of Sky and Fire have a higher proc rate, Pestilence Shock stuns higher level mobs

After killing AHR about 8-10 times over the last 2 months (couple bonus spawns with patches) these finally dropped. I was after other stuff in zone but these were on the list. 15 Sep 2012
•Symbol of the Planemasters is easier/quicker to farm at higher levels but has a huge and obvious push.
Never said this about any other item, but this is hands down a main tank item. Same way as the invis mask should be clr/pal only. The stats are nice, but stats are replaceable. The reason this should be on your main tanks first is because of the effect. It's a HUGE taunt. Not only the taunt from the additional fire proc, but also the taunt from the stun component. You can argue all you like about who waaaaaaaaaaants it, but if a guild has the strength/skill/power to get into VT and clear it, I'm sure they'll know this. The first few in any guild will be regarded as warrior only.
Oh, and 'casting time instant' means put it on and click for an icon buff which remains when you remove the item. Items that must be equipped for the effect (latent, eg: haste, some vengence, etc) with be tagged: worn
Can u click and remove, or does it have to be worn? Not like i'll ever get this, but for a monk it would be best to click then replace with epic i suppose, for the attack.

The effect as listed below is slightly incorrect. It is a level 55 spell, it does last about 10 minutes, and it does check Fire. However, the damage is not 75, it's 65 (I've never seen it resisted partially, so I assume it's all or nothing). Included is a 0 duration stun that will interrupt spells (doesn't work on mobs that can't be stunned, ie giants, some dwarves, dragons, etc). It will stack with any procs that a weapon may have, but it will NOT stack with any other spell procs. So, Boon of the Garou overwrites it, SK lifetap procs overwrite, the Bard song with the DEX debuff proc overwrites, etc. Lastly, and this is something that should REALLY be mentioned: the proc is a HUGE taunt. Whether it hits or is resisted, whether the stun goes through or not, it taunts big-time. I'd say this would probably be best in the hands of a warrior for sheer taunt factor, though a soloing rogue or monk would be pretty scary with it as well.
Dennik that magelo link to your ranger had me crying from laughter....lvl 51 tunare ranger...then what did you do, look up the coolest item a ranger could have for ever slot and stick it in there? Hell you have like several items from Vex Thal even. LOL and then the 90 or so AA points.
Please make a monk next I want to see what I would look like with the best gear from every beyond uber mob for every slot. 8P
actually domingo the gear isn't that great for a ranger at that lvl. although i have to agree with you on the aa points. not a chance in hell a 52 ranger has arch aa's LMAO.
