Caught Brahhm walking around the intersection at approx LOC: POS 930, NEG 75 today (6-23-6). Dropped his horn but not the talisman.
Brahhm, the named minotaur who drops this and the Brahhm's Horn insturment, is quite rare. With 35+ hours spent in The Gorge of King Xxorb I have yet to see him spawn once.

This is dropped by braham. I remember a long time back when I was hunting here and I saw braham up while I was waiting for evil eye to spawn. killed him (didn't know what the heck a named mino was doing in zone) and voila the talisman. Sold it for 200pp but I think I could have received more for it. Was January 2000ish.

What does this thing drop off of by the way
Drops off Brahhm in the Maze. As for the COMMON listing, I think someone is high. This is a rare item

The common listing is the default listing meaning they don't know how often it spawns. Hope this helps.)

It's a rare item, yes, but the as far as loot off this particular mob, it's probably his common drop (he does drop other loot). THAT is what it means by common.
