Unless a specific quest requires a nodrop item (like the twilight wiz robe quest) these quests can be done by anybody.
Just keep an eye on the bazaar for whatever you need (except nodrop items, of course). I've bought most items for these quests in the bazaar for very little.
If the item description does not list a recomended or required level then a character of any level of the appropriate class can use the item.
Hope this helps. Good luck and have fun doing these. :-)
I'm torn between getting this, or sticking with my Froglok Scale Chestplate... both are a rather ugly colour, but still... 8wis and 10mana isn't too shabby.
Is it worth the trouble of questing it, or should I stick with what I have and wait for the EDT?
Good luck questing. This all Luclin armors (especially the breastplates) take a very very long time to do. Your better off checking the bazaar since most quest items are droppable.
Anyone know where this guy spawns specifically? I've been hunting him for a while. Also, does anyone know where the Mark of Remedy comes from for the helm? These are the last two pieces I need for a complete set, and it looks very cool.
Does anyone have information on what sort of look this breastplate has? I'm working on this and might work a bit harder to finish it if I knew the look was something cool. Heh.

One more piece and everyone will have every piece of twilight armor, 3 of the 4 pieces are easy to get while the 4th one takes years to spawn, good luck though if you still try, I gave up after a month of quadding the spawn I needed with no luck.
From Twilight sea, turn right, go past the first Revenant camp but not to the 2nd. turn left. This is the Tro Jeg "highway". Kill all the invaders you see.
