Shadows of Luclinworst trouble with this item for me, as a Cleric of Prexus, is that the Black Pearl imbued, used in Jewelry and on the Steelsilk Imbued armor gives Wisdom.
The worst trouble for Prexus worshipping int casters is finding me to imbue the black pearl.

I agree... seems more logical for this to have wis then int. Still, this would be a nice item for an erudite int caster.
Erudites AND High Elves worship prexus. Erudites the most. This would make a awsome ranger item, now i can get rid of my dragoon dirk i had sense lvl 1

Um, high elves CAN'T worship Prexus.
Neither can rangers (hope it was just a typo and you menat range instead of ranger, hehe... but fact remains high elves can't follow Prexus).
The only way a non-erudite can follow Prexus is if they're a bard (human, half-elf, or wood elf; vah shir bards are always agnostic, or follow Tunare on Sullon Zek).

The only race I know of that is known for following Prexus are the dark-skinned ones on east Odus. Not a bad fit, either: the majority of Erudites will be intelligence casters, so the Int/Mana addition will be fairly good up to the 30s-40s.
However, again, the range slot is a double-edged sword. You may not have something in your range slot (and if you do, it's probably something lame like a Preserved Split Paw Eye :P ). At the same time, the price may double because of exactly that. I'd have to see the price, but the supposed crafting level is something I'm pleased with.

Actually, non-erudites CAN worship Prexus... but only if they're a human, half elf, or wood elf bard.
