I dont care about the debate between 1hs and 2hs, I frankly like to use both. But what I was wondering which would be better out of this and the LSoEE? Both are going for around the same price right now on Tribunal and im looking to get a new 1hs. So as far as dmg goes which would be better?

Well once you can equip this, ther is no contest. OOze has better ratio, even ignoring the resists on the magic Dam, and is faster, giving better taunt and more use of damage bonus. They are not even close.
LSoEE is priced to be an off hand weapon, one of the best you can reasonably get, especially for rangers and rogues.
