Here is what it cost me to make these.
mold (forgot cost)
padding 20pp
diamond 200pp (clerid friend imbued)
royal temper 600pp (if your lucky, can be 400pp)
chain jointing 30pp
rings 450pp (300 for blue diamond, 100pp for velium)
I did all subcombines and smith charged 1k
for final combine. Total cost about 3200pp.
If you farm diamond, blue diamond, and
essence of sunlight you can save a lot.
Ignoring the cost for leveling skills and
any failed combines.

I got lucky and made my own Luminant Heraldic Bracer at 209 skill with a Geerlok hammer, but got greedy and failed on the second I tried. :)
I wouldn't try it with someone else's money or components, though. :)

Thunderous Heraldic is the equivalent for worshippers of Karana. There is Salubrious Heraldic for Rodcet Nife worshippers and Radiant Heraldic for the Erolisi Marr faithful. For bards of Rallos Zek, there is Fierce Heraldic which has dex instead of WIS and mana but is otherwise the same. And for the bards of Veeshan, there is Dragonkin with charisma instead of WIS.
But I started to cry on my keyboard when I realized there was no listing on www.eqtraders.com for half elven bards of Tunare like me.
And then Tunare whispered into my ear and said, "Try looking elsewhere, silly bardess." I wiped my tears when I realized that the Blessed Full Mithril Bracer is my equivalent. It's smithed by high elves and not humans but the stats are identical.
Off to help my high elven smith friend collect money and materials to get over her 215 skill hump. Have faith.

shrug, only parts you'll want to be magic are your weapons, boots (for kicking magic required mobs) and shoulders (for slamming magic required mobs, if you're a fattie)

Given the difficulty of making these items and the rarity of 250 skill smithers expect to pay for the priviledge. Bracers will go for somewhere near 12 - 30 kpp each (they are arguably an upgrade to ToV quest gear). Most of the new crafted armour is slightly inferior to the ToV equivalent but crafted stuff includes non-visible pieces also (Shoulders, cloak, neck, Belt). Don't expect to just set aside an afternoon and power smith to 250 btw :)

Anyone got any information on the graphics of these armours? I hope they're plate graphic but you use rings to make them. Any information would be much appreciated, thanks =)

How do you make this ?? what is the recipe ??
The recipe is posted on www.eqtraders.com it's under cultural smithing for humans. There are several types of this armour depending on the imbued gem you use to make it. Hope this helps =)
