Not a bad belt at all, I'd surely give up me 45 dr00ds Reed Belt fer it =P Anyway, it seems to drop off mobs randomly but fairly deep into the castle. Hope this helps =D

Or you could get a girdle of flayed iksar which is 6ac 8 sta/wis 30m and drops in chardok which can be much more easier than Hole imo.
