bracer of hidden is nice for raids where you know the mob is going to dispel whatever number of buffs of you (for instance Nagafen) and to click see invis, which you dont really need for a raid fight, can be useful to loose instead of symbol or a resist buff
but thats just why i think bracer of hidden is better, and the fact that Im a paladin and dont really need INT

I personally like me Disciple Symbol of Brell much better..higher ac and wis + and and most important Trigger Summon Brell's Blessed Stout..FREE BEER!!! hehe but the permanent see invis can be handy..guess ill just have to switch between the 2 when i find this thing..

Does this really sell for 4k? Has anyone bought or sold one recently that can tell me what the value of this is?
I hope it isn't worth 4k I was given one for a Velium Battle Axe and sold it for 160pp

This is worth like 1-1400pp on SZ. Bracer of hidden is more like 6-8k. Bracer is better imho.

they do drop off the sottsayers - they are random spowns in the back of darga, and it is there rare loot so you will have to be lucky to get one, being on a pk server i like this item:)

this is a semi-rare drop by a goblin frenetic. he is a 30-35 Sk. the easy way to pick him out of the crowd is to look for his white skel pet. his rare drop is book of rings.
Myself (39 ik sk) and 3 friends are almost always in Nurga. Last night we cleared the place out and never saw a Soothsayer. I see them out in FM wandering around. Are the Soothsayers more common in Droga?

The spell is always on, you can't turn it on or off. It only works with you wearing it.
