This Left Half is rare as hell. I have run the instance about 10 times now and have multiples of everything, but no left half. Also, the collectibles don't just drop off Seduced mobs, they can drop off fish and turtles too. Good luck.

UPDATE - I got 2 from killing Elementals.... I never killed them before, as the quest was usually killing fish, enthralled, or seduced mobs.
