I have a full set of Blessed Full Mithril on my pally twink, and this is the only piece that is not level rec'd at 45. In fact, it has no level rec. It's full stats at lvl 1. The picture is correct.

And to the guy that said they will change the lvl on this, look at all of the crafted items THEY are all LVL 1! since you dont have to Lvl to up trade skills it is possible for a Lvl 1 character to make this.

Uhm, think again. Most of the new cultural armor has a recommended level of 45. This is most likely an oversight would be my guess.
um... ok, rahzen is a crack monkey... there are like all of 5 masks that are better than this one and droppable. Unless you wanna spend 7k+ on heavy/peerless/matchless dragonskin mask, you're SOL in that category. Then, of course, theres the deathmask of the elysians (ac12 hp/mana35 sv poison/diease 8 all/all wis/int/cha+2...) but that costs 10k+ so good luck. lastly, the one I wear, is frightforged war mask. Ac12 hp35 sv diease/cold5, it is about the best bang for the buck, costing only about 4k; ...oh I forgot, min level 51... that sorta kills the item for anyone who is ever gonna resell theirs (which I'm not going to do). So basically, you have 4 choices other than this mask, and all of them are 7-15k and barely, if at all better. Yeah... you'll have better indeed...

reading the post by Rahzen, we would have better by what lvl?! go do a search on plate masks and you tell me how many better are there

Its pretty nice rec. lvl 1 ) tho ill bet there gonna fix that soon( wish they would lower the lvl to about 30 rather then 45 might help out us tradeskillers)

a High AC Mask like that with Wisdom is VERY hard to find, a perfect choice for the elven paladin. Now with Luclin you cannot have too large a manapool :p, So I'll be off now and find myself a Nice elven Smith that takes Tunare's TreeMoneyTM as a validated coinage ;)

What masks are easily available before 45 that have these stats or that AC? Take a look using Allakhazams item search and point out the items that you are thinking of. This is a great mask with good AC and great HP and mana at any level.

Nice, another solid player-crafted item. However, by the level you must attain before actually being able to wear this item, most people will have better.
...Of course it's a good mask. I was just making fun of the lvl 1 requirement, as it is the first "recommended level 1" item that I have seen. Just thought I would make some fun of our friends at Verant. Verant is our friend, and for some people, Verant is the only friend that they have left.
