If you are a shaman... you can usually buy these from the vendors in Shar Vahl because nobody else needs them. If you can kill the rockhoppers in the pit.. you will see these quite often.

They are drop from "A Needle Clawed Hopper" in the Pit. So far I have not seen any quest for these.
