This velvet choker is the ear version of the alligator tooth earring. And like the A.T.E. there's a way better item a short walk away.

The golden necklace gives +3CHA I believe, and is dropped by a nesting rat.

It was supposed to be a Old world Norrath newbie quest, thus the easiness of it... it doesn't suck if your a level >5 something, such as a wixxy or chanter and so on, so please, think before you post a flame about an item.

Newbie quest? That sounds like VI, I did this today and the shark the doll drops off is like lvl 17. I'm sure it is good if you are lvl 5 but for the rest of us, merchants will give a plat for it )
