I'd say they had to throw the Pali's a bone now and again. There are several nice Warrior/SK only items out there, this we could wear but it's more useful to them.
But even without INT I'd give up most legs to wear them. I'm not sure about the Blood Ember greaves, but just about any other greaves would get passed down to the Guild to get loot on these.
