This stumped me, too--until I figured out that it's listed in the database here slightly misspelled. Search for "faeronoliops staff" without the apostrophe. Good info there.
This list is in more detail on one of the other pieces, but I thought I'd add it in breif to the rest. For more details, look at the Eldritch Collective Initiate Bracer, message name "drop" by "mikeagne".

These pages give you the caster's book. According to another poster, the gnome camp is in Steamfont at -1160, -1760. They are all level 10, and do not agro. As I have not looked for them yet, I cannot confirm this. Just thought you'd like to know.

the gnomes you need the pages from ARE aggro. i tried to pull Faeronoliop and all of them came after me.--rogue, sk wiz and F is a nec--
well #1 u shouldn't be twinking witha FBR...but thats besides the point... stats are better then this... but if you do twink with FBR give it to a necro cause they can use the effect which makes it a bit more useful...but for us good aligned casters this is great

Hehehe...I got a level 13 Mage, Danitos. He has a full set of Collective Initiate stuff, minus one bracer and the cap, which I'm getting soon. I think the set looks cool. I mean, when you got a full set, you can give yourself a nickname! I'm the Gnomish Iguana!

Depends on the level. But the FBR will never give more mana than this. At lv 60 1 Int is equal to 10 Mana, so at Lv 60, these robes would be the same. However, at lv 30, 1 Int is equal to 5 Mana, so at 30, this would pretty much be a 4 Int robe, as opposed to the FBR. Was that confusing? And stamina usually gives my wizard about 1 hp for every point of stamina. I'd rather go for Int than 5 hp =/
hehe my corpse rotted with all my pp on me, so I'm a nekkid 41 enchanter with no $. I went out and did these quests and now Im ubar!! lol I think the look of it is pretty cool, and I still feel proud that I can do a quest all by myself =D

dont you mean you look fubar, this newb stuff is just a LITTLE off par for lvl 41 equip

With +2INT and +10 mana, this is better than a twink-y Flowing Black Robe. Possibly worth the effort of an untwinked newbie Gnome caster, which is obviously the idea!

Ok I was just wondering why this is better than a FBR? FBR stats are 8ac 5 sta and 3int. To me it would seem the FBR would be better because it has 3 more ac and the 5sta which means hps would be more valueable to a caster. I know that personally I would rather have sta over agi but that is just me. And as far as the int is concerned wouldn't 3int be the same as 2int and 10 mana?
