This has a -10% lowered chance to proc under the default proc rate of weapons (according to unknown070 value).

I'm dual-wielding a Snowchipper and a Spiked Velium Mallet - the poor Griffons in JPF don't know what hit them >)

The only problem of course is that when I'm on Velious the Frostcall procs that these two have are resisted a LOT by quite a few mobs - but they are still good and fast.

Besides, they look cool too - what more could I want? :)

Neither can beastlords??? even though im currently weilding a Velium War Maul... can anyone verify this? And when they Level Nerf something, do the weapons prior to the nerf stay the way they were? Like on a Centi long, they made it [LORE] so you cant duel weild, but the ones before the nerf are still duel weild-able.

So, does a level nerf effect ALL of them or just the ones after level restriction.

Is the level recomended 51 a requirement.I looted this last night and cant equip it (47 atm)Usually all the recomended level gear i can use but with less stats.

Some of the recommended level gear cannot be equipped until you hit the recommended level. The club of the ice ocean is one example, I guess this is another. Both are 1H weapons with a sizeable proc, maybe the proc is why Verant won't let you equip it before the recommended level.

ya i guess its verants way of trying to keep ppl from twinking. Like club of ice ocean i owned onw myself at lvl 40 until at last i couldn't use it! recommended lvl is (51) but cobat is lvl (45) but i am lvl 43 an can wear it but can't use click buff. ssooo its weird verant has made a right move but took em to long to do it i guess lol.

From what I have heard, all the Velious weapons that have a recommended lvl, acutally means required lvl. I know I bought one of these for my monk and it wouldn't let me equip, but last night I finally got 51 and it is working now. Must say I loved it as it procs about 5-7 a battle!

Just out of cuiosity, anyone know what this thing looks like? The busted out a new model for the Snowchipper, was curious if they did the same for the mallet.

If you Dual weild this and the Pick you can have 2 weapons that Proc frostcall. VERY nice IMO.

okay this cute baby drops in iceglad ocean from speacial giants involved in the 8ths shawl quest.
our guild got 2 malets from 5x5mob encounters whiele protecting the stinky dwarf general, so its not too rare and easy to get.

The mod would only affect monks, no other class listed for those that can use it has the block skill.

+3% to skill means yor skill is multiplied by 1.03.

0 x 1.03 = 0.

Actually the correct formula is X(skill level) x .03 = y
Exp. 100Skill x .03 = 3 point skill raise thus your skill would be 103

Actually, BOTH of you are right. As CuclainTorv put it, the TOTAL skill after the mod in block is: skill x 1.03 = total new skill. You said: skill x .03 = extra skill raise, in which case you would add that to your skill, let's say 100: 100 x 1.03 = 103. 100 x .03 = 3 + 100 = 103!!! Just depends how you calculate it, CuclainTorv's way is faster IMO.
