Can anyone confirm that this would stack with the druid level 54 spell "Form of the Howler"? Which gives Mana 2 also.

EQCaster.exe is a program that reads the spdef.eff file and outputs what the spells and effects do in English.

Here is the effect of Form of the Howler:

Form of the Howler
1: Changing Appearance Into A Wolf
2: Increase Movement Speed between 62% (L54) to 65% (L60)
3: Regeneration for 2880 Mana in 1440 ticks
4: Ultravision

So yes, for slightly over 2 hours, you do get a 2 mana per tick regen.
