i switched mains and i got a higher lvl nodrop armor that was going to otherwise rot. it happens, not often but it does happen.
LOL not monk usable... thats funny. I laugh because i was looking up the noob 1-3 mesh armor. IE magic gloves and boots. great ac/weight ratio. and came accross this. evil soe evil

I've heard of recommeneded level for a weapon proc,but why for armor?Does that mean its the level needed to hunt for this or what?
VI put the level limit on armor to limit Twinking although on this item I don't see how you would easily twink anyone with this. But I guess it is not impossible.
Thus you wouldn't get 45th levels that have equipment that over power them. I dont quite get it that much it is no drop. If someone 45th or lower wants to brave the SS temple and a guild wants to give something this good to a low level character then so be it. I just dont see it happening. LOL

If you think people wouldn't try to get no drop stuff for low levels, read the posts on the jarsath armor. one guy described how his friends would duel him to death, drag his corpse thru Karnors, rez him, let him loot the armor, then duel him to death again, drag him back to the entrance, and rez again. This strategy could easily be used with any area that doesn't have a level limit to enter, as long as you have the room you are pulling to well broken.

There's a big difference between twinking a mate with jarcrap in KC and trying to twink someone with armour from a level 65 mob that requires a raid level force to kill it, then awarding that armour to a twink.
no, not impossible, but I think Syren's point is that it would be such an unlikely happening, that if a lvl 45 (or whatever) did manage it, then fair play to them =)

for the true uber guilds, Rhag 2 is not a raid mob, more like a 2 group push-over )

i think it looses AC if you aren't high enough
Looses AC and stats.

Some items loose AC and stats, others like drops from CT you can't wear at all.
